Fear: always keeps me from writing. The fear of expressing what I have to say.. not knowing if it’s ok to write or if anyone wants to listen and if I even have anything worth saying.
I’ve found that in the moments I step into my fears I feel release.
I allow myself to step into the power of who I am, who I want to be, and almost grasping the potential of who I can be.
I remind myself to breathe and allow.
Take a moment...a few, really...and just breathe.
Inhale....exhale...
Inhale....exhale...
Inhale...exhale...
Allowing to repeat as many times as necessary.
Allow.
Inhale....exhale...
Inhale....exhale...
Inhale....exhale...

Now ask yourself: what is fear holding YOU back from?
